      The Matcha Green Tea Vegan Banana Nice Cream below is super healthy, packed with nutrients and free from sugar – it is simply the natural sweetness of raw banana, matcha and coconut. To help create a smooth, light consistency we’ll be using almond milk, which also gives it a delicious nutty flavour.

      Nice Cream for breakfast goes perfectly with added oats and fresh banana slices to make it even more of a clean fuel injection!

      Matcha Banana Vegan Nice Cream

      Ingredients

      • 4-5 frozen bananas
      • 1 tbsp coconut
      • 2 tbsp almond milk
      • 1 tbsp Kenko Matcha Powder
      • Toppings: Oats, banana slices, chopped almond, coconut shreds

      Method

      1. Blend everything in high speed blender / food processor until creamy
      2. Pour into a bowl & Smooth out evenly
      3. Decorate with toppings & Enjoy!
