How Much is it?
Australia:
- Free Shipping for orders over $100
- $9.90 Flat Rate for other orders
- Express Post is available for an additional $5 (note the Express Post next day delivery guarantee is currently not operating - Please see Auspost Website for details)
Where / When is my order sent from?
- Orders are sent from Melbourne
- Australian Orders are sent through Australia Post with tracking numbers - http://auspost.com.au/track/
- Orders are sent within 1-2 business day of ordering.
How long will it take? Estimated times below:
- Melbourne metro: 2-3 business days.
- Regional Victoria: 3-5 business days.
- Other states take on average 3-7 business days.
- A Business Day is Monday - Friday excluding any public holidays.
- We recommend the Express Post option for faster shipping

- Please note that shipping times are estimates based on our experience with Australia Post - and they are not guaranteed. Occasionally an item will take longer than expected, and while we hate to wait for shipping - sometimes it's beyond our control :(
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $17.50 for any item under 0.5kg
- For items over 0.5kg we offer a flat rate of $25.
- International shipping is sent by Australia Post regular airmail and takes between 10-21 business days depending on the country. It comes with tracking.
