    We all know about the amazing health benefits of matcha. But chia seeds are also touted for their health benefits. Not only are they loaded with tonnes of nutrients and antioxidants, chia seeds can also help you to lose weight and reduce the risks of heart disease, type-2 diabetes and cancers.

    No wonder chia pudding has been one of the top must-try recipes on social medias in recent years. Combine it with matcha, and you have a perfect recipe for weight loss.

    Vegan Raw Matcha Chia Pudding

    Ingredients

    • 1 + ⅓ cup almond milk (x2)
    • ⅓ cup chia seeds (x2)
    • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder

    Method

    1. Whisk milk, chia, & matcha together in a bowl
    2. Whisk the same amount of milk & chia together for plain chia pudding
    3. Refrigerate for 25 mins or until creamy
    4. Pour matcha pudding into a jar for 1st layer
    5. Pour plain pudding on top for the 2nd layer
    6. Mix and enjoy!
