Cherie’s smoothie bowl is super healthy and deliciously creamy. The perfect blend of matcha, spinach, avocado and banana creates a creamy taste and a beautiful green colour that will stimulate your senses.

To make the smoothie bowl even more stunning and delectable, Cherie uses various healthy and colorful toppings like fresh fruits, mixed berries, seeds and nuts.

Now, let’s start blending!  

    Vegan Matcha Spinach Avo Smoothie Bowl

    Ingredients

    • 2 handfuls of spinach
    • 1 tsp matcha
    • 3-4 frozen bananas
    • 5 dates
    • 1 small avocado
    • ¼ tsp spirulina
    • 1 tsp vanilla powder
    • 1.5 cups almond milk

    Method

    1. Blend everything until creamy and smooth
    2. Top with banana slices, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, buckwheat, coconut flakes, almond, dried mulberries, or any choice of your topping!
    3. Enjoy yourself!
