These Muesli Matcha Bars are the perfect healthy snack for you to enjoy at work or school. The recipe is easy to make and the bars are vegan, raw, sugar free and have the perfect mix of flavours using matcha, coconut and almonds. The wholesome bars also provide lots of vitamins and antioxidants.

Matcha Muesli Bars

Ingredients

  • 8 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw or toasted almonds
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp maca
  • 2 tsp matcha
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil

Method

  1. Stir all of the ingredients in a medium bowl until combined
  2. Scoop the mixture into a small (18cm x 18cm) square dish lined with baking paper
  3. Press the mixture down firmly
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars and serving
  5. Keep refrigerated

Sugar free, raw matcha muesli almond bars vegan raw. No dairy, sugar added.
