I’ve been waiting until I’d started using it before writing this review.
The first thing I did on opening the 100g bag was transfer the contents into three 30g glass jars and store them in the freezer. For the last three days I’ve been using one of the jars’ contents and enjoying two or three drinks of matcha each day. In the past I’ve bought the 3-packs of 30g tins and stored each one in the freezer once it was opened.
The flavour from the new supply, from the 100g bag, has not been affected at all by being packed initially in a larger quantity. It’s the same delicious drink as what I have been having for the past year or so. I’m happy to buy the 100g bag from now on and save a few dollars.
Btw, I like to add a pinch of very hot cayenne pepper, a pinch of Himalayan rock salt, and a tablespoon of organic coconut cream to my matcha. And I use an old milkshake mixer from the ‘60s to froth it up, it does a better job than those little battery powered frothers or the hand-powered bamboo frothers :)
