Genmaicha Matcha Iri is a twist of the traditional Genmaicha with the addition of matcha powder. This blend is made with our superior sencha, matcha powder, and roasted rice. This tea is sourced from a small family producer based out of Uji, Kyoto and is made from JAS certified Organic tea and rice.
Brewing Instructions:
Tea amount: 5g
Water Temperature: 80-100c
Steep tea for 60 seconds in a Teapot.
Second steep: Use 100c water and steep for less time (15-30 seconds)
Third Steep: 60 seconds @ 100c.
