A mixed cultivar blend of First harvest matcha from the tea fields of Tenryu, in Shizuoka Japan.
Grade: Premium Latte Grade
Cultivar: Blend of Yabukita, Saemidori, Okumidori
Tasting Note: Light, Grassy, Low Bitterness, Roasty
Milling Method: Stone mill
We recommend using for matcha lattes with milk or plant milk, but not straight as a tea.
It sits between our Culinary and Ceremonial Grade matcha in terms of quality. We recommend for making high quality matcha latte without the high cost of ceremonial grade matcha.
Tasting Notes: A fresh grassy smooth tasting matcha with a low bitterness and bright colour.
It has a mild - medium flavour, we recommend a 3-5g serve with when making matcha latte.
