A first harvest matcha blend specially created for baristas to make Matcha Lattes and matcha drinks. 

It sits in between our culinary and ceremonial grades in terms of quality.

Notes: Vegetal and creamy matcha with notes of fresh cut grass and a hint of bitterness. Bright green in colour and a strong matcha taste ideal for mixed matcha drinks.
