Another week has drawn to a close.

While the weather’s still warm and pleasant, something refreshing would make a nice treat for the weekend. And today’s recipe is just that - Vegan Matcha Choco Popsicles by the super talented Tess Begg.

This Matcha Chocolate Popsicles recipe is easy to make with just four ingredients. As an added bonus, the popsicles are vegan, free of refined sugar and raw.

They are the perfect healthy snack to pack for a trip to the beach with friends and family.  

So let’s get started!

Matcha Green Tea Chocolate Vegan Popsicles


  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp + tsp matcha powder
  • Vegan dark chocolate (melted)


  1. Blend coconut milk, malt syrup, matcha until combined
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds
  3. Insert popsicle sticks in the moulds
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate to enjoy
