Easy Chocolate Green Tea Cookies

One our favourite treats at Kenko Tea are our Matcha Green Tea Cookies. Not only they are super easy to make, they can be made with a variety of different flavours.

This week, we are going to bake some tasty Green Tea Cookies with Miteeksha aka @miteeksha,

who shares with us her versionof Green Tea Matcha Cookies.

Miteeksha is a digital marketer from Mumbai, and a passionate vegetarian home-cook and baker. Being a true matcha fan as well, Miteeksha says she could enjoy matcha-flavoured food for the rest of her life.

Miteeksha’s Matcha Tea Cookies make the perfect treats for relaxing with a glass of milk or a cup of matcha latte. The earthiness and bittersweetness of matcha green tea is complementary with the buttery and vanilla flavours of the cookies themselves, creating the perfect flavour balance.
