Stop the presses! I have a new favourite smoothie in town:

Now I don't even know if mango are in season at the moment, probably not. But I found some frozen mango pieces at the supermarket this week and decided to give them a try. They probably are more suited than fresh mango for a smoothie actually, and much quicker. I'm all about efficiency in my smoothie making so frozen mangoes are a winner.
Here's the recipe, I added orange and lemon to this recipe, but it turned out great with mango/banana aswell.
Prep time: 2 minutes for the smoothie. The strawberry ice cubes I made from an earlier creation but never used them.

These were from a previous recipe, and were just leftovers, from memory it was just:
Just blend it until you have a red, icy thick textured liquid and put it in an ice tray. Oh yeah you will have to freeze them too.
The end result:
Heres a free tip: if you drink it slowly, the ice cubes will melt into the smoothie giving it a whole other dimension of wonder and strawberry mango goodness. Oh my!
