This vegan Matcha smoothie bowl is a genius breakfast creation. It has the beautiful green colour and rich antioxidants from spinach and matcha, while mango and banana help create a thick texture and fresh taste.

There’s no sugar added in the recipe: just the natural sweetness from fruits and matcha is enough to make this smoothie bowl tasty, energetic, and healthy!

Matcha Brekky Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 2 tsp Kenko matcha powder
  • Handful of spinach
  • Assorted fruit + granola (toppings)

Method

  1. Blend everything in a blender
  2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl
  3. Decorate with fruits & granola as toppings
