It’s packed full of baby spinach, mint and matcha to bring a brilliant green colour that will please your eyes and nourish your body and soul.

Spinach is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help detox your body and fight cancer risks. It’s also really good for your bones, skin, hair, blood sugar levels and blood pressure.

This leafy green has the rich content of vitamins, minerals, and is the great source of antioxidants that helps detox your body and supress cancer risks. It’s really good for your bone, skin, hair, blood sugar level, and blood pressure.

Minty Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup fresh mint
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 serve Vanilla Protein
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 dash coconut water
Method
  1. Blend spinach and mint with coconut water for a few seconds in a high speed blender
  2. Add remaining ingredients blending from low to high until desired consistency
  3. Served in a bowl and topped with berries, coconut shreds or any your topping choices

* Tip: add ice cubes if you like a super chilled icy consistency
