This matcha ice cream recipe is brilliant because it is so easy to make. It takes just three ingredients and three steps to create it. It is delicious and healthy too. The ingredients are raw, vegan, sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free and perfect for summer.

Vegan Raw Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of matcha powder
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp of almond milk

Method:

  1. Blend everything together
  2. Set overnight in freezer
  3. Top with goji berries and coconut or anything of your choice
