A new trendy obsession on social media is Nice Cream, a healthy version of everyone’s favourite indulgence - ice cream.

Nice Cream is both healthy and vegan, using bananas as the main ingredient. But you can add loads of other healthy ingredients to make tonnes of different flavours and whatever you desire.

Matcha 'Nice' Cream

This matcha infused nice cream is vegan, raw, dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free and delicious. Best of all, it’s quick and easy with only two steps!


  • 3 mandarins
  • 4 ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp of Kenko Tea matcha powder


  1. Blend mandarins and matcha in the blender first
  2. Added slowly the chunks of bananas until smooth.
